1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kuyakingph platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated gaming services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and kuyakingph regarding your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

kuyakingph may require identity verification (KYC) at any point. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any supporting documents requested in a timely manner. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account including limits on withdrawals.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and OTP codes. kuyakingph will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to place bets or play games using your account.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.
• Contact kuyakingph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All activities conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played, and transactions completed — are your responsibility. kuyakingph is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on kuyakingph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No other currencies are accepted. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Accepted deposit methods may include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallet services. The list of available payment methods is shown in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. kuyakingph does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete and any applicable account review. Processing times vary by payment method. kuyakingph reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Balances that result from activity found to violate these Terms may be voided.

kuyakingph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages outside of our control.

5 Gameplay, Bets, and Results

kuyakingph offers online slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and other gaming products. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge:

• All gaming involves risk. There is no guaranteed return on any wager.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified systems and live dealer results, as applicable.
• All confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In live casino games, the decision of the live dealer — as captured on video — is final in all matters of card, dice, and wheel outcomes.
• In sports betting, final results are determined after the official close of the relevant event. Abandoned or postponed events are handled in accordance with the specific rules of the applicable sport as listed on the platform.

If a technical error occurs during a game round that affects the integrity or outcome of that round, kuyakingph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes where appropriate. This decision rests solely with kuyakingph.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Allowing another person — including a minor — to use your account.

kuyakingph monitors account activity to detect unusual patterns. Suspected violations are investigated, and kuyakingph reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including cooperation with relevant authorities where applicable.

7 Responsible Gaming

kuyakingph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming is intended for entertainment — it is not a method of earning income, and winning is never guaranteed.
